EDITE Solutions LLC (“EDITE”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) welcomes you to https://editesolutions.com (the “Site”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our Site, as well as the purchase of our custom commercial printing products, graphic design templates, and website development services (collectively, the “Services”).

By accessing our Site, placing an order, or utilizing our Services, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our Site or Services. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time without prior notice, and your continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of those changes.

Authorization of Use

You may download, view, copy and print documents and graphics incorporated in the documents, video and other content made available on the Site (the “Content”) subject to the following:

  1. The Content may be used solely for your or your organization’s use in connection with products or services you or your organization receive from EDITE or for your personal, informational, non-commercial purposes.
  2. The Content may not be modified or altered in any way.

Except as expressly provided herein, you may not use, download, upload, copy, print, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, post, transmit or distribute any information from this Site in whole or in part without the prior written permission of EDITE. Additional restrictions regarding your use of the Content may be set forth in the Content itself or the page from which the Content is available.

All rights, title and interest not expressly granted are reserved.

Nothing on the Site shall be construed as conferring by implication, estoppel or otherwise any license or right under any patent or trademark of EDITE or any third party or any rights in any products or services provided by EDITE.

Custom Printing Services & Orders

EDITE specializes in custom commercial printing tailored for businesses, including nail salons, spas, restaurants, and retail shops (e.g., custom menus, business cards, brochures, promotional flyers, storefront decals, and gift certificates). All custom print orders are manufactured to your specific requirements based on the selections, dimensions, paper stocks, and design choices made during checkout.

Digital Proof Approval & Production Sign-Off

Proof approval is the most critical milestone in our custom printing process. Prior to sending any custom order to production, EDITE will provide a digital proof for your review through our dedicated proof review system or via email:

  • Client Responsibility: You are solely responsible for thoroughly proofreading and verifying all aspects of your artwork, including but not limited to spelling, grammar, phone numbers, addresses, pricing, layout, colors, and design placement.
  • Finality of Approval: Once you confirm approval (by clicking “Approve Proof” or providing written sign-off), your job is immediately committed to production. EDITE is not responsible for, and will not issue refunds or free reprints for, any errors or omissions that were present in the approved proof.
  • Production Commences: No changes or cancellations can be made after proof approval has been granted.

Color Accuracy, Bleed & Print Specifications

While we utilize state-of-the-art industrial printing equipment, the following technical standards apply to all printed goods:

  • RGB to CMYK Color Shifts: Electronic displays (monitors and smartphones) display colors in RGB, whereas commercial printing uses the CMYK process. Slight color variations between on-screen proofs and final printed pieces are normal and inevitable. EDITE does not guarantee a 100% exact color match to computer screen displays.
  • Cutting and Bleed Tolerances: A standard mechanical cutting tolerance of up to 1/16 inch (1.5mm) is standard in commercial printing. Important text and artwork elements must be kept within the designated safe zone.

Pricing, Payments & Billing

All prices listed on our Site are in United States Dollars (USD). Payment must be made in full through authorized payment gateways (such as PayPal or major credit cards) prior to order processing and production. In the event of an approved cancellation before proof approval, or an authorized return, adjustments will be documented via an official EDITE Credit Note and refunded to the original payment method.

Shipping, Turnaround & Risk of Loss

We ship throughout the continental United States and applicable territories via reputable national carriers (USPS, UPS, FedEx):

  • Estimated Timelines: Stated production turnaround and shipping transit times are estimates, not guarantees. EDITE is not liable for delivery delays caused by shipping carrier logistics, customs clearance, severe weather, or acts of God.
  • Transit Damage & Delivery Discrepancies: Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon delivery to the carrier. However, if your package arrives damaged in transit, you must notify us within 48 to 72 hours of delivery with photographic evidence of the damaged outer packaging and contents to qualify for a carrier claim and replacement assistance.

Disclaimers

The Site and all Content are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, express or implied. EDITE hereby disclaims all warranties and conditions with regard to the Site and all Content, including all warranties, implied or express, of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title and non-infringement.

In no event shall EDITE be liable for any damages whatsoever, (including, without limitation, damages resulting from loss of use, data or profits), whether in an action of contract, negligence or other tort related action, arising out of, or in connection with, or in contemplation of the use or performance of the Site or any Content, even if EDITE has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Content on the site is advisory only, and you should not rely on the Content in place of professional services you may receive from EDITE as part of an engagement. Content or portions of the Site may contain errors or omissions; EDITE may remove, replace, or make changes in the Content without notice at any time; and EDITE is under no obligation to update the Content.

Website Design & Digital Services

For custom website design, web templates, and maintenance services:

  • Project Scope & Revisions: Web development projects are governed by the agreed scope of work. Requested revisions beyond the agreed scope or design milestone approvals will be subject to additional fees.
  • Ownership: Upon final delivery and complete payment of all project fees, ownership rights to custom-developed code and web assets are transferred to the client, excluding EDITE’s proprietary core frameworks, third-party libraries, and licensed plugins.
  • Third-Party Services: EDITE is not responsible for disruptions caused by third-party hosting providers, domain registrars, or API updates beyond our direct control.

User Submissions

Any feedback, comments, suggestions, or the like (“User Submissions”) provided to EDITE in through the Site shall be considered as non-confidential information and EDITE shall be free to use User Submissions on an unrestricted basis. We do not make any endorsements of any User Submission or any representation that any User Submission is true or accurate.

Site Restrictions

As a condition of your use of the Site, you represent and warrant that you shall not use the Site for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms of Use. You will not submit any false, misleading or inaccurate information to the Site. You will abide by all applicable local, state, national and international laws and regulations and you shall be solely responsible and liable for all of your acts or omissions that occur while you use the Site. By ways of example, and not as a limitation, you will not use the Site to:

  • Defame, abuse, harass, stalk, threaten or otherwise violate or infringe the legal rights (such as, but not limited to, rights of privacy, publicity and intellectual property) of others.
  • Publish, distribute or disseminate any harmful, inappropriate, profane, vulgar, infringing, obscene, tortious, indecent, immoral or otherwise objectionable material or information.
  • Transmit or upload any material to the Site that contains viruses, trojan horses, worms, time bombs, cancelbots, spyware, or any other harmful or deleterious programs.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Site networks or servers.
  • Harvest or otherwise collect information from the Site about others, including without limitation email addresses, without proper consent.
  • Use the account, login identification, or password of another party to access the Site.
  • Otherwise attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, other accounts, computer systems or networks connected to the Service, through password mining or any other means.
  • Interfere with another individual’s or entity’s use or enjoyment of the Site.

EDITE has no obligation to monitor your use of the Site or retain the content of any of your sessions on the Site. However, EDITE reserves the right at all times to monitor, review, retain and/or disclose any information as necessary to satisfy any applicable law, regulation, legal process or governmental request.

Customer Artwork & Copyright Warranty

By uploading or providing logos, trademarks, photographs, copy, or graphics to EDITE for printing or web design, you warrant and represent that you own all rights, title, and licenses to such materials, or have obtained express permission from the copyright holder. You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless EDITE Solutions LLC, its officers, employees, and printers against any third-party claims, liabilities, damages, or legal expenses resulting from alleged copyright or trademark infringement arising from materials you provided.

Infringement Claims Policy

We respect the intellectual property of others, and we ask you to do the same. If you believe some Content on the Site has been copied in such a way as to constitute copyright infringement, please contact our representative designated below. We may investigate and take appropriate action.

Links to Other Websites

Our services may contain links to third-party websites that we do not operate. If you click on a third-party link, you will be redirected to their website. We encourage you to review the privacy policy of each website you visit.

Linked websites are beyond our control, and we do not endorse or take responsibility for the content, privacy policies, accuracy, or any other aspects of any linked website or third-party service. If you choose to access any third-party website linked to this site, you do so entirely at your own risk.

Cancellations, Refunds & Returns

Because custom printed products are personalized and manufactured exclusively to your specifications, completed print jobs cannot be returned or refunded once approved and printed. If an order contains manufacturing defects or fails to adhere strictly to your approved digital proof, we provide a 100% Free Reprint Guarantee when reported within seven (7) business days of delivery. Privacy

Personal information submitted by you to us through the Site is treated according to the Privacy Policy located on this Site. Our privacy policy does not apply to other websites, and we will not have any liability for the information collection or dissemination policies of third parties. By using this Site, you agree you have read and understand the Privacy Policy, which is a condition to your use of the Site. You should not access the Site if you do not agree with the terms of the Privacy Policy.
